The stars are for the dentist, love him he’s been more than amazing with my kids over the span of 6 years we wont go to no other dentist! The low rating is for the time I spent waiting. My toddlers appt was at 10am and I went up to reschedule at 10:40 as her appt was clearly double booked, I heard the dentist working on someone else that checked in the same time as me. It really irritated me, no one let alone a child should be waiting over 20 minutes for an appt. They need to do better at scheduling. Wasted time and gas coming out just to sit untill my toddler fell apart and I decided to reschedule when they could have just given me a 10:30 appt instead.
Edit: There was an emergency with the patient and it was just some miscommunication about that. Like I stated above the dentist and his team are amazing even when frustration is involved and our expierence above was a rare occurance, our follow up appt was perfect! 💜

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Nguyen and his staff at University Square Dental!!! Dr. Nguyen explains everything clearly and is gentle (which is great for me because I am terrified of the dentist), he’s great with kids. My kids love going to see him every 6 months. His staff is always professional and friendly.
